I love stationery.  In fact, I may have some sort of addiction or disorder because I buy much more than I actually even use.   That said, when it comes to sending invitations to parties, I really don’t go for the printed paper variety.  There are so many super cute options but I like to mix it up a bit, send something out of the box…or at least something IN a box!

For a recent art themed fundraising party, invitations were a small watercolor paint set with the event details on the back.  They fit perfect in a small white padded envelope.. 

Your invitations are the first clue your guests have of what to expect at the party.  People are busy and often receive more than one invitation for the same day/time.  Make sure YOUR event is the one they don’t want to miss!
